Sofia is a spicy Mexican professional dancer who fell into the circus rabbit hole and never looked back. After professionally studying contemporary dance, she expanded her horizons far & wide. She now blends her formal dance training with newfound skills in neo burlesque, hoop dance, aerial hoop, aerial harness, & 'upside-downing', whilst also boasting a parallel 10+ year career within the most creative corners of music festivals/events.
 

Sofia always dreamed of finding a way to bring all of her passions together...

Pole, Movement + Dance Artist​

April is an aerial artist with a flair for darkness, taboo, and sexuality. Exploring the places where sexuality meets and becomes art, the pole is her obvious apparatus of choice... Delightfully corrupting audiences with an element of perversion. her performances play with the disturbing as much as the seductive.

Beyond her aerial expertise, Savage is a talented concept curator and has played a vital role in every step of the development of MOTH throughout our emergence. 

Kayla

Projections + Visual Artist  | Stage Wolf

​Kayla is an all-around creative dabbling in photography, videography, visual design, streetwear design, and (lucky for us)  staging and backstage magic! She has been a part of MOTH from day 1 and has contributed in a plethora of different ways to every show and performance we have ever put on.

Truly, we couldn't do what we do without her. 

Jacquie

Movement + Dance Artist | Stylist

Jacquie’s creative expression is vibrant and multifaceted. She moves with an elevated nature and an enticing aura that commands the observer’s attention. This magnetism is a direct reflection of her background as a showgirl and touring cabaret dancer, which now flows naturally into her freestyle. By blending performance-led grace with raw spontaneity, Jacquie brings a captivating presence to every movement.

She also studied fashion design & is a powerhouse stylist.
Her eclectic experience makes her an eccentric creative

with a multitude of skills to share.

Giselle

Movement, Dance + Aerial Artist

Giselle’s classical training informs her every moment. Through raw interpretation, she encapsulates the very essence of the sound. Beneath her fluidity lies a contemporary edge, laced with sultry seduction that will leave you entranced.​​

Nick

Fire + Circus Artist

​

Nick is a passionate fire performer and acrobat with the single obsession of creating acts you haven't seen before. Trained in technical fire manipulation, breath work, and contemporary circus movement, his performances explore the space between danger and beauty, control and improvisation. Each act is treated as an experiment pushing the art form further - intertwining the stage, the body and the flame for an emotive, hot experience.

Emily

Fire + Dance Artist

Em is our fire QUEEN. She has spent 9 years perfecting her craft with her fire props and loves to showcase her art. With 13 years of experience in gymnastics and a circus tour under her belt - performing with MOTH is a perfect blend of her eclectic skills. 

While fire is her first love, she has a deep passion for the aerial arts. Pole dancing is another one of her favourite expressions - combining sensuality and strength is where she shines.

Em's passion for underground events was born in NZ, and she always strives to collaborate with the teams to create magic. Performing at raves and doofs is a deeply important aspect to how she shows up for her community and she is honored to be involved with this project
